Blend: 100% Chardonnay

Chardonnay vines are planted, facing East, in clay-limestone soils at an altitude of between 300- 500m.


  • The pressed juice was left to settle for twelve hours at ambient temperature.

  • Wild yeast fermentation in 40-hectolitre stainless steel vat,

  • 18 months of lees-aging in the same stainless-steel vat, but no lees-stirring.

  • Full malolactic.

  • No sulphur whatsoever added to this particular cuvée.
