Shiraume Umeshu Akashi-Tai. Plum Sake. 14%, 500ml.

This is a well blanced, plum infused Sake made by preserving plums in the finest Ginjo sake for 18 months. It's reminiscent of a Pedro Ximenez sherry, and equally delicious poured on good quality vanilla ice cream.

It works as an aperitif or digestif, this is sweet, fruity, with Christmas spices and can be enjoyed hot (like Sake regularly is) or cold as part of a dessert.

Once it's opened, keep the bottle refrigerated.
